Hosted Airport Supplier Online Meetings

As Covid 19 restrictions have impacted the feasibility of physical meetings, we have created an online format that enables airports, suppliers, airlines and regulators to have productive meetings: ‘HASOM’.

These are not webinars but rather highly targeted meetings that enable select groups of airports to find out how the application of new technologies and innovations is helping increase efficiency and reduce costs in these unprecedented times.

FORMAT

Buyers and suppliers log onto group meeting (agreeing to T&Cs)
Introductions from the chair - a respected industry figure (10 mins)
Case study, presentation or panel discussion (20-40 mins)
Can include video and slides as required
Q&A (10-15 mins)
Summary, thanks, fix follow ups & close (5 mins)

WHO ATTENDS / WHEN

These are not open sessions and can only be joined after receiving a VIP invitation.
Dates are selected to match airports’ least busy times
5 - 6 delegates are hand-picked to ensure the best communication and outcomes

Our industry knowledge and connections enable us to connect suppliers with senior decision makers from airports that are often impossible to pin down.

Rates

In addition to the event itself, sponsor branded (and approved) video content is created for consumption by Aviation Events Group airport delegates / sharing on social media / blogs. If desired, additional video content (demos / promos etc) can be showcased to webinar attendees.
